In case there is a problem of stock when an order is made, the customer will be notified of the new deadline. If the client not accept this situation, proceed to the cancellation of the same, with the right to monetary refund, if it has already been paid.

We do not allow under any circumstances the use of the content of our online store, in particular, texts, videos, images, logo and software. Orders and Payments

After validation of an order, Hippy Roots® send an e-mail confirmation that will serve as proof of transition event. If you find that the data is incorrect, you can and should ask for the cancellation or alteration.

Shipping charges will be full responsibility of the customer.

The customer can pay by bank transfer, by cash on delivery for domestic mail (plus a fee), via credit card or PayPal (plus a fee). The customer must provide the reference of their order when filling out the form for the bank transfer in order to facilitate identification of their payment.

Hippy Roots® only processes your order after receipt the payment of the same, excepting the case of cash on delivery.

Ordering Delivery Time

The delivery time may vary depending on the chosen shipping mode. In Portugal, the shipping time will be within 3 working days. Any delay in delivery of goods does not provide any compensation.

From the moment that Hippy Roots® delivered the order to the carrier entity, gives all responsibility to them, who takes the role of shipping and delivery order to the customer in the best conditions.

The client, upon receiving the order, should immediately check the conditions of the same; if there is any problem, we advise you to contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellations or Returns Policy

You may cancel your order at any time up to the delivery of the same. Shall be entitled to a refund of the product, minus the shipping cost.

Upon receipt of the order, the customer will have 14 days to return it properly packaged, containing all the components that make up the product and no marks or signs of wear. Along with the product, you must send the invoice of purchase and the document that proves the receipt of the order. In any case the customer should justify why the cancellation or return in advance by sending a message to us through the "Customer Support Services".
